When you use our contact form we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, and optionally your email address, phone number, and message. If you opt in to SMS, we record your phone number, the SMS categories you selected, the time of consent, the page where you consented, the version of the disclosure shown, your browser user agent, and your IP address where available.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, send the optional communications you selected, keep records of consent, and improve our website content. EduPocket Guide does not use your information to submit program applications or determine eligibility.

If you opt in, we send only the categories you choose: marketing messages with promotional offers, featured website resources, special campaigns, and newly available guides and tools; and account notifications such as guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests. Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

This includes grant brokers, funding organizations, lead aggregators, and third-party marketers. We may share information only with service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Any sharing related to a specific resource request would require your separate, explicit consent and is separate from SMS opt-in.

We keep inquiry and consent records only as long as needed to provide the communications you requested and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to any text to stop SMS messages. You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any email or by contacting us. You may also request access to or deletion of your information by emailing ask@edupocketguide.com.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Our guides may link to schools, nonprofits, and other organizations. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them.
